Zimbabwe’s property sector is witnessing increasing ambition beyond national borders after leading real estate company House of Stone Properties officially rebranded to HSP Realty, positioning itself to compete more aggressively in international markets while retaining its Zimbabwean foundation.

The company announced that the transition forms part of a broader business strategy aimed at strengthening its global identity, expanding cross-border operations and enhancing its ability to serve an increasingly international client base.

Principal Registered Estate Agent Leonita Mhishi said the new corporate identity reflects the company’s long-term direction rather than a simple name change.

“Because the future of real estate is global, we have adopted a shorter, stronger, more memorable brand that reflects our expanding international presence and our commitment to world-class service,” said Mhishi.

The refreshed identity introduces a premium burgundy and gold colour palette, symbolising trust, prestige, excellence and opportunity, while accompanying improvements in leadership structures, service delivery and professional capacity.

The company said it is strengthening international partnerships to create greater opportunities for property buyers, vendors, investors and developers seeking access to both domestic and foreign real estate markets.

Mhishi assured clients that the transition would not disrupt existing business operations.

“All existing agreements and ongoing transactions will continue seamlessly under the new brand,” she said.

Operating under the new tagline, “SPOT IT. SEE IT. SECURE IT.”, HSP Realty said it intends to simplify property transactions while maintaining high service standards for local and international customers. Its headquarters remain at 21 Harare Drive in Borrowdale, Harare.

Describing the development as a defining milestone, Mhishi said the company’s ambitions extend well beyond a new logo and name.

“This is not just a rebrand, it’s a statement of intent. We are building a real estate company that competes globally but stays grounded in the values that made House of Stone Properties a trusted name in Zimbabwe,” she said.

The rebranding reflects a growing trend among Zimbabwean businesses seeking stronger international visibility as they pursue new investment opportunities and expand their presence in competitive global markets.
