Zimbabwean model, actress, philanthropist, and youth advocate Yollanda Elizabeth Chimbarami has embarked on her journey to represent the nation at the 63rd Miss International pageant, scheduled for November 27, 2025, at the prestigious Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Her participation marks a proud moment for Zimbabwe as she steps onto one of the world’s most respected beauty platforms, carrying with her a message of excellence, resilience, and national pride.
Yolanda, who has built a formidable career across continents, represents the modern Zimbabwean woman, ambitious, educated, creative, and socially conscious. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance, she balances her academic journey with an impressive portfolio in entertainment and philanthropy. Her versatility has earned her international acclaim and positioned her as a powerful young voice in global spaces.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Yollanda’s life has been shaped by a deep passion for education and empowerment. She co-founded Help a Child Save a Nation (HACSAN), a non-profit organization that funds tuition for learners at 11 schools in Mashonaland Central Province, ensuring access to education for vulnerable children. Her advocacy has taken her to international platforms, including serving as a United Nations panelist in Canada, where she spoke on educational access in Africa. She is also a Youth Ambassador for the Rick Hansen Foundation, amplifying global conversations around inclusion and equal opportunity.
Yollanda’s contributions to the creative arts industry further highlight her dynamic influence. Signed under Swish Model Management in Canada, she has featured in several international films such as Windfall, Finally Caught, The Rabbit Hunter, and The Day My Job Tried to Kill Me. She also showcases her talent in voice acting, voicing two characters in Disney’s animated series Supa Strikas.
